乘客安全為海天鐵路的首要目標之一,在每個車站建造時,我地會確保車站安裝了幕門或閘門才批准該車站可以投入服務。在2019年中,隨著海天鐵路由恆常列車服務改用召喚列車系統運作,海鐵在不同的車站改裝及試用新型的月台幕門。

列車到站預報系統2.0 (Next Train 2.0)
在海天鐵路未改用召喚列車系統運作前,海天鐵路以恆常列車服務運作平均2-5分鐘一班列車。因此,海天鐵路曾在部分車站設有列車到站預報系統。列車到站預報系統設有日期、時間、列車方向等資訊。

海天鐵路除了關注乘客安全之外,提供無障礙設施亦是海天鐵路其中一項承諾。現時,各車站均設有升降機,而每部升降機可載9-10人,提供快捷出入車站的方法。
